Michael Dager

CEO and Chairman of the Board

Michael Dager joined Arxan as Chief Executive Officer in May 2006. Mr. Dager has over 27 years of experience in senior level positions at leading technology companies. He came to Arxan from Worksoft, a leading provider of automated enterprise testing solutions, where he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Prior to Worksoft, he was president and CEO of OSE Systems Inc.(ENEA.ST), growing the company from a startup in 1997 to the number two embedded operating system supplier in 2001 with a stock market valuation of over $1 billion. Before OSE Systems, Mr. Dager held senior sales management positions at Pure Software (RATL) for many years helping raise the market valuation of the company from start-up level to over $1 billion. During his tenure at Pure the company completed one of the most successful IPOs of 1995. The company was later acquired by Rational Software. He began his career at Texas Instruments in the semiconductor division after earning a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Kevin Morgan

Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering

Kevin Morgan joined Arxan technologies in August 2006 as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Morgan has 32 years of experience in the commercial system software business. He joined MontaVista Software in 1999 as the Vice President of Engineering and led the engineering and product strategy for nearly seven years, growing the company to the world's dominant embedded Linux products provider. He began his career in 1980 at Hewlett Packard developing kernel level software in the RTE operating system, and departed after 20 years as the Laboratory Manager for the HP-UX kernel and overseeing all HP-UX product development. Kevin holds the position of Vice President of the Digital Asset Protection Association, an organization co-founded by Arxan.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Tom van Gorder

Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Channels

Tom van Gorder has more than 20 years of experience in senior level sales and business development positions at leading technology and information publishing companies. Most recently, he was Vice President, Global Channel Sales and Alliances for Macrovision Corporation, the market leader in content protection, software licensing and installation and digital rights management technologies. Prior to Macrovision, van Gorder was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Current Analysis. Prior to his role at Current Analysis, van Gorder held senior vice president of sales positions for InPhonic Inc. and VeriSign Inc. Mr. van Gorder holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and an Executive Masters of General Management Degree in Marketing and Information Management Systems from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland at College Park.

Jodi (Jyoti) Wadhwa

Vice President Marketing

Jodi (Jyoti) Wadhwa joined Arxan in April 2007. Ms. Wadhwa has over 20 years marketing and management experience in technology companies, specializing in high growth corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She has been responsible for marketing strategy, demand generation, product marketing and partner programs, corporate positioning and communications across security, software, and critical infrastructure industries. Ms. Wadhwa comes to Arxan from Secure Software, a leader in application security software, where her contributions as Director of Corporate Marketing enhanced revenue growth that resulted in a successful acquisition. Her prior experience includes senior positions at Nortel Wireless, Plateau Systems, a global leader in talent management software and AboveNet, a premium provider of high bandwidth connectivity solutions. Her notable accomplishments include leading cross-functional global teams to achieve accelerated market share growth in various prior positions. She holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Calgary and a Masters' of Business Administration in Finance and Information Systems from the University of British Columbia.

Vince Arneja

Vice President Product Management

Vince Arneja brings over 18 years of experience in senior level technical product and program management positions with the last 10 years focused on product management in the domains of application, endpoint and network security. Mr. Arneja joined Arxan from Sigaba, a leading email encryption provider, where he led Government and Commercial Product Management. Mr. Arneja’s responsibilities include leading product strategy, defining corporate product roadmaps, pricing and positioning. Prior to Sigaba, he served in a variety of senior product and program management roles at various software companies where his accomplishments include leading product teams and creating product portfolios. Mr. Arneja started his career as a software developer after working towards a Bachelor's degree in CIS from Thomas Edison State College. He is also a graduate of the Executive Product Management Program at University of California, Berkeley.

Jukka Alanen

Vice President of Business Development

Jukka Alanen leads business development for Arxan, including strategic alliances, technology partnerships, major go-to-market and channel relationships, industry ecosystem development, and new strategic growth initiatives. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development and Alliances for Symantec Corporation where he led the company's $900 million strategic partnerships portfolio with substantial growth and spearheaded expansion into several new markets and product categories. During his nearly 5 years with Symantec, he also led Strategy, Business Development, and M&A for a $2 billion business unit as well as Portfolio Product Management for Symantec's $4 billion Enterprise Product Group. Before Symantec, he was with McKinsey & Company for 6 years, leading growth, new product business-building, go-to-market, strategy, and M&A initiatives for top high-technology companies. Mr. Alanen holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology and a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics.

Michael Kelley

Michael Kelley joined Arxan in 2007 and is responsible for Arxan's financial, legal, and HR operations. Mike has over 12 years of public and private technology experience working in the hi-tech sector. Mike's management experience includes finance and accounting leadership at Costar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) where he was an integral part of the mergers and acquisitions team which helped drive significant revenue growth. He also served in an accounting management role at Broadsoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT) a world leading provider of VOIP technology. Mike holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
