WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. and RESTON, Va. — Arxan Technologies Inc. today (Monday, 7/10) announced that Michael T. Dager has joined the company as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Arxan Technologies Inc. ("Arxan") provides fortified deployment solutions to protect software and hardware in untrusted environments, making products secure in deployment.

"Mike Dager is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in both the commercial and defense markets," said Rich Earley, Arxan's co-founder. "Dager's deep experience and demonstrated success in embedded and enterprise software markets make him the ideal candidate to lead Arxan into its next phase of growth and expansion."

Dager brings with him 22 years of experience in senior level positions at leading technology companies. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Worksoft, a leading provider of automated enterprise testing solutions. Prior to Worksoft, he was president and CEO of OSE Systems Inc., growing the company from a startup in 1997 to the number two embedded operating system supplier in 2001 with a stock market valuation of over $1 billion.

Before OSE Systems, Dager held a senior sales management position at Pure Software for many years where he assisted in the rapid growth of revenue and completed an IPO in 1995. He began his career at Texas Instruments in the semiconductor division after earning a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
