Disaster Recovery Plan for a Technology Based Business

Apperian's IT manager, Caleb Mills, covers the basics of disaster recovery and what our team has in place to ensure system availability in the event of a disaster. Since Apperian is a software as a service company, it is very important that we have a plan in place to be able to migrate our service to another facility, if something were to happen to our primary facility. This allows for the ability of our customers to continually use our service, even in the event of a disaster.
