Joe Sander

Joe Sander joins Arxan as CEO in August 2015 with an outstanding track record of scaling growth-oriented companies and enabling them to reach their full potential. Sander’s experience includes a legacy of generating customer and marketplace growth for technology enterprises and security businesses through direct sales and by building strategic alliances and distribution partnerships. His background includes senior positions leading all aspects of operations, with specific expertise in software as a service (SaaS) delivery models. He most recently served as president and CEO of Harmony Information Systems, a Healthcare IT organization where he developed a strategic roadmap that resulted in an increase of 309% in year-over-year bookings. Prior to joining Harmony, Sander served as president and CEO of a Netherlands-based company, Consul Risk Management. Under Sander’s guidance, Consul established itself as a leader in the Forrester “Security Information Management” Wave and was recognized as the Most Innovative Company in Holland by a leading Dutch magazine. Mr. Sander has a track record of success in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.


Sam Rehman

Sam joined Arxan in May 2015, with the mission to shape the technical directions and drive innovations. Sam is a proven technology evangelist and leader with over 25 years of experience in both leading product development and professional services companies and he continues to be active in both startup and open-source communities. Prior to Arxan, Sam was CTO for EPAM Systems (NYSE:EPAM), a leading product engineering service provider with over 10,000 engineers around the globe, with the goal to transform the company and bring focus to core engineering excellence. He has also spent close to 10 years with Oracle Corporation, where he led development groups as VP of Engineering, bringing multiple innovative and profitable products from concepts to market, including Oracle’s first in memory database, to more recently the Sensor/IoT Based Platform.


James Love

James previously served as North American Sales VP with Imperva, where he helped accelerate revenue growth over 150%. Prior to that, James has held senior leadership positions at PTC, Red Hat, and IBM. James has over twenty years of domestic and international sales experience. He graduated with honors with an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University System, BBA from University of North Texas, and has completed post graduate curriculum from Harvard Business Leadership Program. In his spare time, James enjoys coaching his daughter’s basketball teams.


Mandeep Khera

Mandeep Khera

Mandeep Khera brings over two decades of experience in Software/SaaS/Managed Services Marketing in the areas of application security, IoT, Big Data and other enterprise software applications to Arxan. Prior to joining Arxan, Mandeep served as Vice President of Marketing and Channel Sales for Daintree Networks, interim CMO for companies in the Big Data Analytics, and Mobile Application Development Platform space, and Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at LogLogic, a leading SIEM player. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Leading Product Development program and Northwestern University’s Executive Development Program. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from New Delhi University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.


Warren Barratt

Warren Barratt joined Arxan in June 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barratt has over 30 years of senior level finance, administrative and general management experience. After starting his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse, Warren has served as chief financial officer for a variety of private and public companies in the technology, life sciences, health care and professional services industries. Prior to Arxan, Mr. Barratt was Chief Financial Officer for CyOptics, a leading provider of optical chips and related components enabling bandwidth for high speed optical networks in the access, enterprise/data center and long haul/metro segments of the telecommunications industry, and for other emerging end market applications, such as defense and avionics, high performance computing, medical and security. Mr. Barratt has extensive experience raising public and private capital, managing merger and acquisition transactions and building and optimizing corporate infrastructures. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.


Michael Kelley

Michael Kelley joined Arxan in 2007 and is responsible for Arxan’s financial, legal, and HR operations. Mike has over 12 years of public and private technology experience working in the hi-tech sector. Mike’s management experience includes finance and accounting leadership at Costar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) where he was an integral part of the mergers and acquisitions team which helped drive significant revenue growth. He also served in an accounting management role at Broadsoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT) a world leading provider of VOIP technology. Mike holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
