A brilliant enterprise mobile app idea without the funding approved to build and distribute it, is worthless. While the benefits mobile apps offer seem obvious to many of us, the truth is you will need to build a solid business case in order to get the project approved by management. This week I asked Robert Lacis to join us on the “Life in the Mobile Enterprise (LiME)” podcast, to share his experiences presenting and requesting funding for his enterprise app projects as well as tips he has picked up along the way on how to build a business case that gets the funding approved. Tune in to hear Robert's advice on three important parts of a successful business case:
  1. Show mobile app ROI
  2. Speak in the executives' language
  3. Ensure mobile app security

This podcast is in correlation with Robert's article that was featured on EnterpriseAppsToday, How to Get Funding for an Enterprise Mobile App.
