Arxan Hours

  • “Support Days" means each day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Arxan company holidays in the US, the UK, or Japan, according to customer location or nearest proximity
  • "Support Hours" means the hours, on Support Days, between 09:00 and 17:00 of British time, US Eastern time, US Pacific time, or Japan/Korea time, according to customer location or nearest proximity
  • Initial Response Time: 4 hours or less

Apperian Hours

  • “Support Days" means each day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Arxan company holidays in the US
  • On Support Days, between 8:00 and 19:00 US Eastern time
  • Initial Response Time: 6 hours or less

Apperian Emergency Support

Submit a ticket via the self help portal or email support @ arxan.com with the subject line "Urgent Apperian Support Ticket"
  • Hours: 24/7/365
  • Initial Response Time: 1 hour or less
